MODERN TRADITIONAL COFFEE FILTER ( semi automatic ) 3 Models

    Gemini traditional coffee maker has been develop to meet the long felt need of the small Restaurant and canteens for making filter coffee.

    The stainless steel used is 304 food grad Salem steel. All stainless steel items are ‘deep drawn’ avoiding welding seams which cause ‘correction’ and spoil the food quality.

    The traditional coffee maker use the time tested ‘Gemini’ Nylon mesh filter which helps you to make decoction much faster and fuller extraction. The decision is kept wary the warmer unit. The thermostat prevents over heating of the decoction. There is a convenient t  p to drove the decoction as and and when required by you.

    Hot boiling water should be poured in small quantities to give best extractions. the baffle provided distributes the water uniformly over the coffee power. The silicon ring on the filter prevents the leakage of powder into the decoction.

    All the vessels can be taken out easily and wash. Even the filter and baffle can wash.

FRESH MILK BOILER /WARMER
Capacities: 5litres, 12 litres, 20 litres and 30 litres.

The Milk Boiler/ Warmer works with the “Bain-marine” (Double Saucepan) System in which the milk Vessel is suspended in a pan of hot water.

A thermostat keeps the water in jacket at the selected temperature. The thermostat can be set hot the desired temperature with an out side knob. If reached the set temperature, A indicator lamp will off.
